Sweet Chili Lime Shrimp

Wood Pellet Recommendation
- Set your Louisiana Grill to 375° and allow it to preheat.
In a bowl mix together the lime juice, garlic, and Sweet Chili Sauce for a marinade.
Place the shrimp in the marinade, and allow to marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Once marinated, make up 3 skewers with 6 shrimp each, and then sprinkle each with the Sweet and Tangy Rub.
Place the skewers directly on the grill and allow to cook 4-5 minutes. Flip them over to the other side and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes. (The shrimp are done when they turn pink).
- Remove the shrimp and place on a serving plate - Enjoy!
These shrimps go great on a bed of coleslaw, or a crispy green salad. Add some rice pilaf and garlic bread and you’ve got a dinner!
