Sweet Chili Lime Shrimp
One of the best, and easiest, things to make on your Louisiana Grill is shrimp. They are not only easy to prep and quick to cook, but they're also always a crowd-pleaser! This shrimp recipe uses our Louisiana Grills Sweet Chili BBQ Sauce as a marinade, and cooks over the Louisiana Grills Mesquite Blend pellets for a great wood-fired flavor!

Wood Pellet Recommendation

Ingredients
- 18 U-10 Shrimp – Peeled And Deveined
- Juice Of 2 Limes
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Garlic

1 Cup Louisiana Grills Sweet Chili BBQ Sauce
- Louisiana Grills Sweet And Tangy Rub – To Taste
Directions
- Set your Louisiana Grill to 375° and allow it to preheat.
In a bowl mix together the lime juice, garlic, and Sweet Chili Sauce for a marinade.
Place the shrimp in the marinade, and allow to marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Once marinated, make up 3 skewers with 6 shrimp each, and then sprinkle each with the Sweet and Tangy Rub.
Place the skewers directly on the grill and allow to cook 4-5 minutes. Flip them over to the other side and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes. (The shrimp are done when they turn pink).
- Remove the shrimp and place on a serving plate - Enjoy!
Recipe Note
These shrimps go great on a bed of coleslaw, or a crispy green salad. Add some rice pilaf and garlic bread and you’ve got a dinner!
