Ingredients
- 4-5 Trimmed Beef Short Ribs
- ½ cup olive oil (We like We Olive Garlic Olive Oil for this one)
- Louisiana Grills Black Label Rub – Liberally applied
- Louisiana Grills Pepper Garlic BBQ Sauce
Directions
- Heat your Louisiana Grill to 250° F.
- Coat individual ribs with olive oil, and then cover with Louisiana Grills Black Label Rub.
- Place ribs directly on upper rack and allow to smoke for 4.5 hours.
- After 4 ½ hours, use Louisiana Grills Pepper Garlic BBQ Sauce to glaze the ribs, and allow to cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Remove and place on a serving board and enjoy!
Recipe Note
Have extra sauce ready for more pepper garlic flavor! Serve these ribs with a cool summer salad and sweet corn for a tasty treat.
