Loaded Portobello Mushrooms
8 Bacon, Strip
3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
4 Large Portobello Mushrooms
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- Preheat your Grill to 350 degrees F.
- Core the mushrooms and remove the gills completely.
- Sprinkle garlic in each mushroom, followed by bacon, 1/4 cup cheese, more bacon and lastly green onions.
- Place on the grates of your Grill and cook for about 20 minutes.
- Serve hot. Be careful taking the first bite - they''re very juicy! Enjoy!
