Ingredients
-
3 Lbs Crab legs, thawed and split
-
3 Tablespoons, fresh squeezed lemon juice
-
1 Tablespoon Louisiana Grills Citrus Parmesan Rub
-
1 Teaspoon Louisiana Grills Sweet and Tangy Rub
-
1 clove minced, fresh garlic
-
Lemon wedges for serving
Directions
Set your grill’s temperature to 350 degrees
Mix together the lemon juice, butter, garlic, and Sweet and Tangy Rub in a small bowl. Place crab legs on a shallow pan or cookie sheet, and pour the mixture over them, making sure to get some of the liquid into the splits on the crab legs.
Once completely covered sprinkle with Citrus Parmesan Rub.
Put the crab legs on the grill, and reserve the extra butter mixture in the pan. Cook with the cover closed for 30 minutes.
Baste the crab legs with the remaining butter mixture every 10 minutes.
Transfer the cooked crab legs to a platter or presentation board, and serve with lemon wedges.
Recipe Note
Make extra of the butter mixture for use as a dipping sauce for the crab. Serve with a remoulade or cocktail sauce for an extra kick of spice
