- Preheat your to 375 degrees.
- Combine ketchup, sweet chili sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, sesame seed oil, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce. Brush ribs with sauce.
- Grill for 1 hour, basting every 15 minutes with the sauce.
- Increase the heat to 425 degrees, brush the ribs with the rest of the sauce and grill for about 15 minutes, or until the sauce is sticky.
- Slice, serve and enjoy with your favorite bbq sides!
