Texas smoked rib chili
1 can Beer, Any Brand
1 tablespoon Chili Powder
1/2 teaspoon Cumin
2 cups pulled from the bone leftover rib meat
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1/2 White Onion, Diced
1 can Black Beans, Rinsed and Drained
1 can Corn Kernels, Drained
1 can Kidney Beans, Drained and Rinsed
2 tablespoons Louisiana Grills Pulled Pork Rub
1 can Tomato Sauce
- In an aluminum roasting pan, combine all ingredients. Mix well to combine. Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
- Grill for 2 hours, or until the chili is bubbling and tender.
Serve hot off the grill and top with jalapenos for an extra kick of flavor.
