Directions
- Set your Louisiana Grills grill to 450°F and preheat.
- Allow steaks to come to room temperature, and season lightly with Louisiana Grills Prime Steakhouse Rub on both sides.
- Place the steaks on the preheated grill and allow for approximately 10 minutes cooking time per side.
- While the steaks are on the grill, mix the olive oil, rosemary, sage, salt, and lemon juice and cover.
- Once the steaks have reached approx. 122°F, open the sear plate on your Louisiana Grill, and sear them to your desired temperature – We recommend 135°F. Once the steaks reach your desired temperature, remove them from the grill and allow them to rest for 5-10 minutes.
- Once rested, drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice mixture over the steaks, and you’re ready to serve. Enjoy!

Serve these steaks with a creamy polenta, or green beans in a light tomato sauce – And don’t forget a fresh green salad!
