Ingredients
-
1 10-12 lbs. Spiral sliced Ham
-
Louisiana Grills Sweet Heat Rub
-
1 cup Pineapple Juice
-
1/4 Cup Maraschino Cherry Syrup
-
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
-
2 Tbsp Honey
-
8-10 Maraschino Cherries
Directions
Preheat Louisiana Grills to 300°F.
In a small bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, cherry syrup, brown sugar, and honey.
Remove the ham from packaging and pat dry with paper towels. Season the outside with Louisiana Grills Sweet Heat Rub.
Pour 1/2 cup of the liquid into a roasting pan. Place the ham, flat side down, into the roasting pan. Place cherries in the liquid.
Pour the rest of the liquid into a spray bottle. Spritz after one hour every 15-30 minutes.
Remove the ham from the roasting pan when the internal temperature reaches 120°F. Place directly on grill grates. Continue to spritz.
Heat leftover liquid on medium heat to make the glaze. Simmer, stirring occasionally until thickened.
Grill until internal temperature 135°F. Glaze ham.
