2 Tablespoons Louisiana Grills Tennessee Apple Butter Seasoning

1 Pork Tenderloin, Trimmed with Silver Skins Removed
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, brown sugar, and Tennessee Apple Butter seasoning until well combined. Generously rub the pork tenderloin with the mixture. Allow the pork tenderloin to marinade for 1 hour.
- Start your Louisiana Grill on smoke. Once it’s fired up, set the temperature to 350°F.
- Grill the tenderloin for 5-7 minutes on each side, flipping the tenderloin only once and cooking until the internal temperature reaches 140-145°F.
- Remove the tenderloin from the grill and allow to rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
