Brussels Sprouts and Bacon
These beautiful Brussels sprouts are hard to resist, skewered with extra thick bacon, seasoned with Louisiana Grills Citrus Parmesan Rub, and cooked using our Apple Wood blend pellets. The secret is to partially cook the bacon in the oven, helping the Brussels and bacon to finish evenly – And serve with a seasoned olive oil for dipping. Enjoy!

Using the skewers, thread the first Brussels sprout on, and then the bacon. Wrap the bacon around each sprout as you thread them in a serpentine pattern.
- Brush each loaded skewer with olive oil, and then apply the Citrus Parmesan rub to all sides of the Brussels and bacon.
Place the skewers on the upper rack of your Louisiana Grills grill for 45 minutes (Turn them ½ way through)
- Skewers are ready when the bacon is browned, and the Brussels start to show a bit of a char.
- Remove and serve with a dish of olive oil, seasoned with more Citrus Parmesan Rub, and enjoy.
