Ingredients
-
½ cup Balsamic Vinegar
-
10-12 Chicken, Drumsticks
-
1/3 cup Honey
-
½ cup Brown Sugar
-
4 finley Garlic Clove, Minced
-
4 tablespoons Soy Sauce
Directions
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic cloves, and Sweet Rib Rub. Divide this mixture in half, setting half of the marinade aside for later. Pour the rest of the marinade into a resealable plastic bag and add the chicken drumsticks to the bag. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken. Place the bag into the refrigerator and allow the meat to marinade for four hours.
Once the drumsticks have finished marinating, remove them from the refrigerator, drain the marinade and discard.
Fire up your pellet grill and set the temperature to 350°F. If you’re using a gas or charcoal grill, set it up for medium heat.
Grill the chicken drumsticks, turning often, until they are golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 160°F. Remove from the grill. Once the chicken has reached the proper internal temperature, use the reserved marinade to glaze the chicken and serve immediately.
