Start your Grill on ''smoke'' with the lid open until a fire is established in the burn pot (3-7 minutes). Preheat to 375F.
Rinse wings under cold water and pat dry with paper towel. Next, season with Mandarin Habanero rub on all sides of the chicken wings. Depending on the size of your wings, wrap a full or half strip of bacon around the thickest part of the wing and secure with a toothpick by piercing all the way through the bacon and wing.
Place the wings on your grill for about 35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 175F. Flip halfway through.
Serve wings on a platter with carrot and celery sticks, lime wedges and your favorite dipping sauce.
