Start your Grill on 'smoke' with the lid open until a fire is established in the burn pot (3-4 minutes). Preheat on to 400F.
Empty the bag of taters onto a baking sheet. Once the grill has preheated, place fries on the grates and cook according to the directions on the bag.
Assuming you're using leftover pulled pork, take about 2 cups of pulled pork and reheat by placing on the top rack of your Louisiana Grill in a small pan or aluminum foil.
While the taters are baking and the pulled pork is reheating, prepare the gravy according to the directions on the packets.
Once the taters are golden brown, separate evenly into 6 bowls. Top each serving with pulled pork and cheese curds. Pour hot gravy over top and sprinkle with green onions to garnish. Serve immediately.
