Preheat your Louisiana grill to 350˚F. Using 1 tablespoon of the Louisiana Champion Chicken seasoning, season both chicken breasts. When grill is up to temperature, grill chicken breasts until fully cooked, about 7 minutes on each side. Remove from the grill, allow to cool, and slice into bite sized strips.
In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, spinach, artichoke hearts, parmesan cheese, and remaining Champion Chicken seasoning. Mix well until everything is thoroughly combined.
