Start your grill on smoke with the lid open until a fire is established in the burn pot (3-7 minutes). Preheat to 400F. Cut the bacon rashers in half, wrap each half around a scallop and use a toothpick to keep it in place. Next drizzle the lemon juice over the scallops, and then place them on a baking tray. Place in the grill, and grill for about 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is crisp, remove from the grill, then serve.
