1/2 Jar Marinated Artichoke Hearts, Drained and Chopped

4 Bread, Slices

2 Tablespoon Butter, Unsalted

2 Chicken Breast, Raw

4 oz Cream Cheese, Softened

1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Shredded

1 Bag Spinach, Fresh

1 Tablespoon Champion Chicken Seasoning

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat your Pit Boss grill to 350F. Using 1 tablespoon of the Pit Boss Champion Chicken seasoning, season both chicken breasts. When grill is up to temperature, grill chicken breasts until fully cooked, about 7 minutes on each side. Remove from the grill, allow to cool, and slice into bite sized strips.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, spinach, artichoke hearts, parmesan cheese, and remaining Champion Chicken seasoning. Mix well until everything is thoroughly combined.

  3. On a stovetop, heat a large frypan over medium heat and add the butter. Spread the spinach artichoke mixture onto the bread, add the chicken, and cook until the bread is a deep golden brown and the cheese is melty.

  4. Remove from the pan and enjoy!
