6 strip cooked Bacon, Chopped

1/4 cup romano Cheese

16 oz Cream Cheese

1 tbsp Garlic, Minced

1 tbsp Bourbon Molasses

1/2 tsp dried Mustard

1/2 tsp Paprika, Powder

1/4 cup Parsley, Chopped

2 Roma Tomatoes, Diced

12 oz sharp white Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 cup Sour Cream

6 oz cooked and diced Turkey

This Kentucky Hot Brown Skillet is a delicious twist on an American classic! Made with the pellet grill, this dip in the cast iron gets a delicious smoky flavor that will have your guests’ mouths watering with delight!   1. Fire up your Louisiana Grill and set it to 400˚F. If you’re using a gas or charcoal grill, set it to high heat.
  2. First, make the cheese sauce: mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, half of the white cheddar, Romano, turkey, half the parsley, minced garlic, paprika, dried mustard, and Bourbon Molasses.
  3. In a large cast iron skillet, put the dip mixture into the cast iron skillet evenly. Put the other half of the cheddar cheese on top, followed by bacon and tomatoes.
  4. Place the cast iron skillet on the grill and grill for 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Use oven mitts to remove the cast iron pan from the grill and serve immediately. Garnish with parsley if desired.
