Ingredients


2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar

2 Tablespoons Louisiana Grills Mango Magic Rub

1 Pinch (optional) Red Pepper Flakes

1/2 Tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar

1 Pound Raw Tail-On, Thaw and Deveined Shrimp, Uncooked

2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce

1 Teaspoon Sriracha Hot Sauce

1/2 Cup Sweet Chili Sauce



Cooking Instructions


  1. Preheat your grill to 425F. Rinse shrimp off in sink with cold water. Place in bowl and put in all of the ingredients listed above. Let marinade for 2 - 4 hours.

  2. Thread several shrimp onto a skewer, so that they are all just touching each other. Repeat with other skewers and remaining shrimp.

  3. Grill shrimp for 2 - 3 minutes on each side, or until pink and opaque all the way through. Remove from grill and serve immediately.
