1/2 Tablespoon Pit Boss Champion Chicken Seasoning
1/2 Red Onion, Diced
1/2 Cup Salsa
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
On a large sheet pan, spread out half the tortilla chips, then cover with half the shredded cheese and one cup of chicken. Sprinkle with half of Champion Chicken seasoning. Top with the rest of the tortilla chips, cheese, chicken and remaining seasoning.
Turn your Louisiana Grill to 350F. Grill for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and everything is warmed all the way through. Remove the pan from the grill.
Top the nachos with the black beans, corn, diced red onion, sour cream, cilantro and pickled jalapenos. Serve and enjoy!
