Cooking Instructions

A great way to utilize leftover meat from beef short ribs is to shred them up and use them as a burger topping. The shredded beef from the ribs pair nicely with ground chuck and this beef short rib burger doesn’t stop there. The runny yolk from a fried egg mixes with all that meat making each bite of this savory, juicy, and filling masterpiece one to remember.

If you would like to smoke the burger patties, set temperature for no more than 250°F. This will take longer for the burgers to cook, but will result in even more smoke flavor.
