Preheat your Grill to 400 degrees F with the flame broiler open.
On a skewer, pierce a slice of red onion, followed by 1 piece of pineapple and 1 piece of shrimp. Repeat three times until the skewer is full. Continue skewing ingredients until the shrimp is used up.
