Ingredients

2 Teaspoon Pit Boss Applewood Bacon Seasoning
1 Pack Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
1 Pack Cream Cheese, Softened
Cut in Half Lengthwise, Destemmed, Deveined and Deseeded Jalapeno Peppers
8 Strips Smoked Applewood Bacon, Cut in Half

Cooking Instructions

    Grill Basket
  1. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, Applewood Bacon seasoning and cheddar cheese. Mix until completely combined.

  2. Using a spoon, fill the peppers with the cream cheese mixture. Wrap each pepper with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Repeat until all jalapeno poppers are finished.

  3. Preheat your Louisiana Grill to 400F. Place your jalapeno poppers on the grill basket and grill for 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is cooked and crispy.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
