1 Biscuit Dough, Tube
6 Egg
16 Ham, Sliced
1 Packet Hollandaise Sauce, Package

Cooking Instructions

  1. Start by preheating your Grill to 350°F with the flame broiler completely closed to allow for true convection cooking.

  2. Grease a muffin tin and crack an egg in each cup. Place on the grate of the for about 10 minutes or until the whites are fully cooked.

  3. At the same time, place your biscuit dough on a greased pan. Follow the directions on the packaging but bake on the . Place 2 slices of ham per biscuit on the pan as well.

  4. While the ham, eggs, and biscuits are cooking, prepare the Hollandaise Sauce according to the directions on the packet.

  5. When everything is fully cooked, cut a biscuit in half, and stack one or two slices of ham, 1 egg and a dollop of Hollandaise sauce. Repeat for each half biscuit. Serve with fresh fruit.
