Sticky, sweet and spicy, this Vietnamese Caramelized Pork Shoulder is the ultimate meat candy. Bite-size chunks of pork are smoked then tossed in a combination of sesame oil, brown sugar, and soy sauce and cooked until fall-apart tender on the inside and sticky sweet on the outside. Serve with white rice and steamed veggies for a mouthwatering meal.
