Cooking Instructions

  1. Start your Grill on ''smoke'' with the lid open until a fire is established in the burn pot (3-7 minutes).
  2. Preheat to 400F.
  3. Place all ingredients in a bowl, combine them and stir well.
  4. Shape the mixture into 30 meatballs (1 ½ inches in width).
  5. Spray a broiler pan with cooking spray, place on the grill, and bake for 15 minutes until fully cooked and browned.
  6. Remove from grill, cool for 5 minutes, and serve.
