  1. Preheat your Grill to 225 degrees F.

  2. Place the sausages on the grates and smoke for about 30 minutes.

  3. Crank up the heat to 400 degrees F and finish off the sausages until the internal temperature is 160 degrees F and the outside is nicely browned.

  4. Serve on a bun with your choice of condiments (such as relish, mustard, ketchup etc.)
