Ingredients

1 lb Beef, Ground
1 Celery, Stick
1/2 Cup Mushroom
Pit Boss Sweet Heat Rub
2 Red Bell Peppers
1 Cup Rice, Brown

Cooking Method

  1. Brown 1lb quality ground beef in a frying pan. Drain excess fat. Set aside to cool.

  2. #BossTip: add chopped onions for more flavor
  3. Prepare 1 cup of brown or multigrain rice. Set aside to cool.

  4. Cut top off giant red peppers. Remove pepper seeds/insides. Carve spooky faces into peppers. Keep tops.

  5. Chop mushrooms and celery into small pieces.
  6. Combine hamburger, rice, mushrooms, and celery into bowl Add 1-2 tbs Sweet Heat seasoning. Sift together.

  7. Fill Jack-o-Peppers with mixture. Replace pepper tops. Set Jack-o-Peppers on foil lined pan

  8. Smoke on low (200-250) degrees unit warm (aprx. 30 minutes)
