  1. Set up your Louisiana Grill. Once it’s fired up, set the temperature to 350°F. If you are using a charcoal or gas grill, set the temperature to medium high heat.
  2. In a large resealable bag, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Champion Chicken Seasoning, and chopped parsley. Seal the resealable bag and give it a good shake to mix the ingredients.
  3. Once the chicken has finished marinating, remove the chicken from the marinade and drain. Place the chicken wings on the wing rack.
  4. Place the wing rack on the grill and insert a temperature probe into the thickest part of one of the wings. Grill the wings for 5 minutes, then rotate, and grill for another 5-10 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the wings reaches 165°F.
  5. Toss the wings in the large bowl with the melted butter and shredded Parmesan until well coated. Serve immediately.
