Ingredients

Pit Boss Colombian Jerk Rub
4 - 1 1/4 inch Steak, Beef

Cooking Method

  1. Preheat your to 400 degrees F and open the flame broiler. We''re going to do up these steaks hot and fast.

  2. Season your steaks with Colombian Jerk Rub.

  3. Place over the open flame and sear for about 4- 5 minutes. Flip the steaks and continue grilling for 3 minutes for medium-rare.

  4. If you like your steak more well-done, grill each side for about 6 minutes.

  5. Rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.

  6. Enjoy!
