Wood Pellet Recommendation:

In order to bring out the sweeter notes that make Lamb such a delicacy, we recommend using our Pennsylvania Cherry Hardwood Pellets.

Note: This Recipes uses Louisiana Grills Savory Smokehouse Rub.

  1. Fire up your Louisiana Grills pellet grill to SMOKE and let it run with lid open for 10 minutes then preheat to 400 F. If using a gas or charcoal grill, preheat high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl toss lamb pieces in 2-3 T of Savory Smokehouse Rub until coated.
  3. Cut the red pepper into 2’’ pieces, onion, squash and zucchini into ½’’-1’’ pieces.
  4. On a soaked skewer add meat, onion, squash or zucchini and red pepper and alternate until you get to the end of the skewer. Repeat this process until all skewers are fully loaded.
  5. Open sear slide and place skewers over the heat 1-2 minutes. Searing both sides to get a nice char.
  6. Close sear slide and move kebabs to the other side of the grill to finish cooking for 8-10 minutes.
  7. Enjoy!
