Cooking Instructions

This quick and easy grilled skirt steak recipe combines our flavorful Chophouse Steak Seasoning with garlic and mustard for a juicy and tangy plate of beef. Combine with a salad or potato and veggies for a fast, weeknight dinner.

People love skirt steak because not only do they cook quickly, they soak marinades well, so the meat just turns out tender with a nice crust after a quick sear.

Note: It is recommended to use Mesquite Hardwood Pellets with this recipe.

This recipe uses Chophouse Steak Seasoning.

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the Chophouse Steak Seasoning, oil, garlic, lemon juice, and Worcestershire. Generously rub the mixture all over the skirt steak and allow to marinate for 45 minutes.
  2. Start up your Louisiana Grill on smoke. Once it’s fired up, set the temperature to 400°F.
  3. Grill the skirt steaks for 3-5 minutes on each side or until the steak is done to the desired degree of doneness.
  4. Remove the steaks from the grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
