Ingredients

1 Rack Baby Back Rib
1 Bottle Pit Boss Sweet Rib Rub

Cooking Method

  1. Remove the ribs from their packaging and pat dry. Flip to back of the ribs and score the membrane with a knife, then peel off the membrane.
  2. Generously sprinkle the ribs with Sweet Rib Rub on both sides of the ribs and rub.
  3. Set your Smoker to 250˚F. Once the smoker is ready, add the ribs and smoke for 4 hours, or until the ribs are tender and the meat is pulling away from the bone.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
