Opa! Turn your leftover brisket into a Greek feast with a BBQ spin on Beef Gyros. This gluten free recipe uses corn tortillas instead of pita bread and is topped with creamy Tzatziki sauce and Feta cheese. Perfect for a Summer snack or lunch with Greek salad.

Note: It is recommended to use Texas Mesquite Hardwood Pellets with this recipe.

  1. Turn your Louisiana Grill to ''smoke'' mode, let the fire catch and then set to 250°F.
  2. Place leftover brisket (sliced ¼ inch) directly on the grates and heat for 5-10 minutes.

  4. While the brisket heats up, cut the cherry tomatoes, black olives and dice red onion. Warm up your corn tortillas on the grill if desired.
  5. Remove brisket and tortillas from the grill and assemble. Top with Tzatziki sauce and feta cheese.
