Remove the ribs from their packaging and pat dry. Flip to back of the ribs and score the membrane with a knife, then peel off the membrane.
Generously sprinkle the ribs with Sweet Rib Rub on both sides of the ribs and rub.
Set your Smoker to 250F. Once the smoker is ready, add the ribs and smoke for 4 hours, or until the ribs are tender and the meat is pulling away from the bone.
