Smoky Irish Soda Bread


Cooking Instructions

  1. Start your Grill on ''smoke'' with the lid open until a fire is established in the burn pot (3-7 minutes). Preheat to 400F.

  2. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Pour in buttermilk 1/2 cup at a time until the dough forms. Irish Soda Bread is supposed to be clumpy so don''t worry about all the lumps.

  3. Ball the dough into one ball and place on a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Cut diagonal line across the top of the bread.

  4. Place in your preheated Grill and bake for 45 minutes.

  5. Let cool for a couple minutes, slice and serve with butter and jam. Enjoy!
