2 Tablespoon Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

4 dozen Green Bean, Whole

Keylime Jerk Seasoning

Note: It is recommended to use Hickory or Apple Hardwood Pellets with this recipe.

  1. Preheat Grill to 275°F.
  2. Wash green beans and remove the stems. Mix 2tbsp extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, and 2 cloves of minced garlic in a bowl.
  3. Wrap 6-8 green beans tightly in a strip of Applewood smoked bacon and season with Louisiana Grills Keylime Jerk seasoning and a sprinkle of brown sugar.
  4. Smoke at 275-325 for approx. 1 hour or until desired doneness.
