  1. Preheat your Grill to 400 degrees F.

  2. Season the chicken all over with spices. Place the chicken in the Roast Rack. Place on your Grill and barbecue until the internal temperature reaching 165 degrees F (about an hour).

  3. Remove from grill, slice and serve hot.
