6 Tbsp Brown Sugar
½ Stick Butter, Softened
2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Ginger, Ground
1 – 2 oz Olive Oil
3 lbs Pork Loin

This grilled pork loin recipe is one that works well any day of the week. Whether you are inviting guests over on a Saturday or just want something to cook in under an hour to feed your hungry family on a weeknight, this entrée is simple yet packs a sophisticated flavor profile. Sweet and savory ingredients from a brown sugar, garlic, and ginger crust melt with every bite of the delicious pork loin.

How Long to Cook a Pork Loin Roast on the Pellet Grill

With your Louisiana Grills Pellet Grill turned up to 350°F, it should only take a 3 lbs pork loin about 15 to 30 minutes to reach 160°F internal temperature.

Pork Loin Rub

Combine the brown sugar, garlic, and ginger in a mixing bowl. Add soft butter to create a thick paste. Careful to not add too much butter – use your discretion!

Note: It is recommended to use Wisconsin Hickory Hardwood Pellets with this recipe.

  1. Place the pork loin in the tin pan. Add the rub to the top of the pork loin.
  2. Preheat your Louisiana Grills Pellet Grill to 350°F.
  3. Cook time will take approximately 15-30 minutes depending on the thickness of your pork loin. Use your meat probe to check the temperature at 15 minutes. Pork is cooked at 160-165°.
  4. Remove the pork loin from the grill. Let stand for 5 minutes, and transfer to a large plate before cutting and plating.
  5. Enjoy!
