Pecan Pie


1/4 Cup Butter
1 1/2 Cups Corn Syrup
4 Egg
1 1/2 Cups Pecans, Coarsely Broken
1 Unbaked Pie Shell, Deep
1 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 Teaspoons Vanilla

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat your to 350 degrees.

  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, boil sugar and corn syrup together for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool.

  3. In a large, bowl beat eggs lightly and pour the syrup mixture into the eggs. Mix constantly until combined. Stir in butter, vanilla, and pecans and pour into crust.

  4. Bake in your for about 45 to 60 minutes or until set, rotating halfway through. Remove from grill and allow to cool before serving.
