½ Tablespoon Applewood Bacon Seasoning

1 cup Barbecue Sauce

2 cups cooked brisket, cooked and chunked

Cilantro, Chopped

1 bag Coleslaw, Prepared

8 Corn Tortillas

Green Onions, Sliced

1 Lime, Juiced

1/4 cup fried Onion, Crispy

1 chipotle Pepper, diced finely

1/2 cup Sour Cream

    1. Start up your Grill. Once it’s fired up, set the temperature to 350˚F

    2. In a large aluminum pan, toss together the brisket, barbecue sauce and Applewood Bacon. Cover the aluminum pan with foil and grill for 15-20 minutes until hot and bubbly.

    3. In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, lime juice, diced chipotle, green onion, cilantro and coleslaw mix.

    4. Remove the brisket from the grill and top the corn tortillas with the brisket and chipotle slaw. Garnish with more cilantro and a few fried onion strips.
