1 can Beer, Any Brand

1 can Black Beans, Rinsed and Drained

1 tablespoon Chili Powder

1 can Corn Kernels, Drained

1/2 teaspoon Cumin

1 can Kidney Beans, Drained and Rinsed

2 cups pulled from the bone leftover rib meat

2 tablespoons Louisiana Grills Pulled Pork Rub

1 tablespoon Olive Oil

1 can Tomato Sauce

1/2 White Onion, Diced

  • Disposable aluminum pan

For the perfect rib meat in your chili, use the Texas Smoked Rib recipe.
  1. Start your Grill. Once it’s fired up, set your grill to 250°F.

  2. In an aluminum roasting pan, combine all ingredients. Mix well to combine. Cover tightly with aluminum foil.

  3. Grill for 2 hours, or until the chili is bubbling and tender.

Serve hot off the grill and top with jalapenos for an extra kick of flavor.
