Cooking Instructions

Bless our Canadian friends for creating poutine. This recipe is the Canadian classic reimagined as an American burger. With crispy French fries, creamy cheese curds and beefy gravy, what’s not to love? We couldn’t think of a better way to merge two international comfort foods into one delicious and hearty meal.

It is recommended to use Tennessee Whiskey Barrel Pellets with this recipe.

  1. Preheat your Louisiana Grill to 400°F.
  2. Place 8 frozen burger patties on the grates and grill until fully cooked (about 20 minutes).
  3. While the burgers are cooking, place the frozen fries on a cookie sheet and place on the grates of your grill, following the cooking directions on the back of the bag.
  4. Prepare gravy in a sauce pan and follow the instructions on the packet.
  5. To assemble the burger: on top of the bottom burger bun, place the patty on, pile some fries and cheese curds and pour hot gravy all over. Top with a bun and enjoy!
