Ingredients

1 Brisket Point
Georgia Style BBQ Sauce (mustard base)
As Needed Pit Boss Chop House Steak Rub

Cooking Method

  1. Turn your grill to ''smoke'' mode, let the fire catch and then set to 250 degrees F (121 degrees C).

  2. Place your brisket on the grates, cook for 6 to 7 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 190 degrees F (88 degrees C).

  3. Remove from the grill and cut into 1-inch cubes. Toss brisket cubes with seasoning and your favorite BBQ sauce into a pan.

  4. Place the pan in the grill for 2 hours, stirring half-way through.
