8 slices Bacon, Cooked and Diced

1 12 oz bag Cheese, Shredded

1 bag Fries, Frozen

2 tablespoons Green Onions, Diced

¼ cup White Barbecue Sauce

Looking for a delicious appetizer to serve your friends during a big game or party? Try this smothered and loaded chicken fries recipe and be prepared for fireworks to go off in your mouth. Crunchy fries with shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, bacon, and BBQ sauce will have your friends begging to come over next week.

  1. Start up your Pit Boss. Once it’s fired up, set the temperature to 400˚F.
  2. Bake the fries on the baking sheet in your Pit Boss according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Once the fries are done, remove them from the grill and reduce the temperature to 350˚F.
  3. Top the fries with the cheese, chicken and bacon. Place the fries back on the grill and cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is warmed through and the cheese is melted. Remove the fries from the grill.
  4. Top the fries with the white barbecue sauce and green onions and serve immediately.
