Ingredients

1 Pack Bacon, Thick Cut
1 Cup Brown Sugar
Pit Boss Smoked Applewood Chipotle Spice

Cooking Method

  1. Preheat your Grill to 200 degrees F.

  2. Place the bacon strips on a rack so that they don''t overlap. Place the rack on a cookie sheet with parchment paper so that the grease doesn''t drip into your grill and the pan catches all the bacon drippings.

  3. Sprinkle brown sugar all over one side of the bacon and sprinkle with the Smoked Applewood Chipotle Spice to your liking. Place the entire set up on the grates of the grill and smoke for about an hour. Flip the bacon and sprinkle more brown sugar and spice on the other side of the bacon. Continue to smoke for another hour, checking on it every 20 minutes. You will know that the bacon is finished when it is medium golden brown and to your desired crispiness.
