Start your Grill on smoke with the lid open until a fire is established in the burn pot (3-7 minutes). Preheat to 350 degrees.
In a small saucepan, melt coconut oil on medium. Add chili powder and lime juice. Stir until combined. Remove from heat.
Cover the bottom of the aluminum pan with the popcorn kernels. Seal the pan with aluminum foil.
Place on grill over the flame broiler until the kernels begin to pop. Using tongs, shake once popping begins.
Keep grilling until the popping nearly ceases. Drizzle on chili lime topping, sprinkle salt and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
