Stir the gravy into the 2 cups of turkey until combined. Lay 8 slices of bread on a pan and scoop turkey evenly onto each piece. Lay a slice of brie on top. Place in the preheated for 10 minutes or until the brie has melted. Remove from the grill and top with cranberry sauce. Serve immediately.
