Ingredients

1/2 Jar Marinated Artichoke Hearts, Drained and Chopped
4 Bread, Slices
2 Tablespoon Butter, Unsalted
2 Chicken Breast, Raw
4 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
1 Tablespoon Pit Boss Champion Chicken Seasoning, Divided
1 Bag Spinach, Fresh

Cooking Method

  1. Preheat your Louisiana grill to 350F. Using 1 tablespoon of the Louisiana Champion Chicken seasoning, season both chicken breasts. When grill is up to temperature, grill chicken breasts until fully cooked, about 7 minutes on each side. Remove from the grill, allow to cool, and slice into bite sized strips.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, spinach, artichoke hearts, parmesan cheese, and remaining Champion Chicken seasoning. Mix well until everything is thoroughly combined.

  3. On a stovetop, heat a large frypan over medium heat and add the butter. Spread the spinach artichoke mixture onto the bread, add the chicken, and cook until the bread is a deep golden brown and the cheese is melty.

  4. Remove from the pan and enjoy!
