1/2 Cup Butter, Melted

1 Pineapple, Chopped

1 Red Onion, Chopped

36 Shrimp, Cooked

12 Wooden Skewers

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat your Grill to 400 degrees F with the flame broiler open.
  2. On a skewer, pierce a slice of red onion, followed by 1 piece of pineapple and 1 piece of shrimp. Repeat three times until the skewer is full. Continue skewing ingredients until the shrimp is used up.
  3. Place the skewers over the flame broiler, and brush the shrimp with melted butter with the Sauce Pot and Basting Brush. Flip each skewer after about 2 minutes, or after the grill marks are dark enough for your liking.
  4. Serve warm and enjoy!
