Turn on your and preheat to 350F. Combine the poppy seeds, dried minced onion, minced garlic, and salt in a bowl.
Unroll the crescent roll dough, pull apart the triangles and slice each segment into three little triangle pieces. Try to get 3 strips for each roll for the mini hot dogs.
After the strips are cut, spread some Dijon mustard on each piece of dough. Roll the dough around mini hot dogs. Lay the pigs in a blanket on a greased cookie sheet. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with the prepared seasoning.
Bake for 15 minutes, serve hot and enjoy!
